It is a network of criminal activity. A network maniacally working towards the goal of harassing and intimidating. A microstate is real.... This criminal network is stoned off drugs...manic....bipolar as in the regard they hate someone so much yet emulate to the furthest degree. Anxiety when they hear the essence. Undiagnosed psychosis and the further dumpster fire is the government (municipal and state) aid and abett it with federal agency help. An entire criminal network funded solely by the government maniacally intending premeditative and conspiring the schemes of murder, rape, and harassment.
